The Board of Commissioners meet once a
month on the first Thursday. The meetings are open to the
public. Anyone wishing an agenda or a board packet must
contact the housing authority two days prior to the meeting.
There will be a nominal charge for an entire board packet as
the packets can be quite large. For more information please
contact NOHA at
503-861-0119, Ext.111.
The
meetings are held on a rotating basis in the three
counties in which NOHA administers the Section 8
program which are Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook
counties.
The next Regular Board of
Commissioners Meeting of the Northwest Oregon Housing
Authority (NOHA) will be held at 10:00 a.m. on August 4,
2011, at the NOHA office, 147 S. Main Ave.,
Warrenton, Oregon 97146.

The Housing Authority is required to complete a
5-Year Plan for Fiscal Year 2010 -
2015.
NOHA is also required to complete an
Annual Plan for Fiscal Year
2011.
