The 40 unit complex is an elderly and disabled property of 1 and 2 bedroom
units. Section 8 rental assistance and eligibility requirements apply. Tenant

Four-plex 2 bedroom market rent units. Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage
disposal, private yards and washer/dryer hook-ups. Tenant pays all utilities

Jerry Woodward Retirement Center – Tillamook, Oregon
Ten units of senior housing include studio and 1 bedroom units (58 years of age
or disabled, regardless of age). Laundry facilities and community room;
handicap accessible. Affordable rent includes utilities.

Echanie Court Apartments – Nehalem, Oregon
Four 3 bedroom and eight 2 bedroom units. Rural Development subsidy (tenant
rent is 30% of adjusted annual income). Eligibility requirements apply. Tenants

Gable Park Apartments – St. Helens, Oregon
32 units (2 & 3 bedrooms) tax credit project. Two units are leased in
conjunction with Community Action Team (CAT) in St. Helens for their
homeless/about to be homeless program. Income limits apply – units are deemed
affordable by tax credit regulations. Tenant pays electric. Units include
stove, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposals, dishwasher and 1 ½ baths.
