FY 2026 Annual PHA Plan and Administrative Plan Revisions for Public Comment

The Northwest Oregon Housing Authority (NOHA) is releasing its draft FY 2026 Annual PHA Plan and proposed Administrative Plan revisions for public review and comment. Final adoption of the Plan and any Administrative Plan revisions will occur only after consideration by the NOHA Board of Commissioners at a duly noticed public meeting.

In accordance with 24 CFR 903.17, the draft FY 2026 Annual PHA Plan and proposed Administrative Plan revisions are being made available for public review for a period of forty-five (45) days.

The public comment period begins on February 27, 2026, the date this notice is first made publicly available on NOHA’s website and at NOHA’s main office.

Public Hearing

The NOHA Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to receive written and verbal comments regarding the draft FY 2026 Annual PHA Plan and proposed Administrative Plan revisions on:

Implementation Notice

Any changes to NOHA’s Administrative Plan will not take effect unless and until formally adopted by the NOHA Board of Commissioners following the conclusion of the public comment period and public hearing.
