Introduction
NORTHWEST OREGON HOUSING AUTHORITY (NOHA) is a public non-profit organization
formed in October 1976. NOHA’s purpose is to administer the Housing Choice
Voucher Program and develop affordable housing opportunities for low-income
families and individuals in Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook Counties in Oregon.

Go Section 8 is a website where landlords can list open rental properties and
tenants can search for rental properties. This site is open to all
landlords and tenants and Section 8 participation or tenancy is not a
requirement for use.
